CLUB RECORD BREAKERS

CAILEN HEJKA 17/02/2024 60m Open 6.90 (0.7) -

At ASA Interclub (Mile End) which surpassed his own record of 6.98 (2022). Cailen took full advantage of the warm conditions to win the 60m, breaking his own club record. Congratulations Cailen on another super performance.

STATE RECORD BREAKERS

ISOBEL BATT-DOYLE 15/02/2024 5000m Open 14.59.18 - At WA Maurie Plant Meet (Melbourne) which surpased her previous record of 15.04.10 (2021). A superb run from Izzi becomming the first South Australian to break 15 minutes for the 5000m. Izzi took the lead with 600m to go keeping her chances of the sub 15 alive. In the end Izzi had to settle for second behind Rose Davies, but got the breakthrough she wanted 74 days after her PB marathon at Valencia.

ISOBEL BATT-DOYLE 3/12/2023 Marathon Open 2.23.27 - At Valencia Marathon (Valencia, SPN) which surpassed the previous record of 2.23.51 held by Lisa Ondieki (1988). A superb marathon to finish tenth and surpassing SA legend LIa Ondieki as the States fastest marathoner.

HANNAH TOURNEUR 14/10/2023 3000m U16 9.39.86 - At ASA Season Opener (Mile End) which surpased the previous record of 9.41.21 held by Tessa Potezny (2010).
