Flinders Athletes:
(1) The results are for Flinders Club athletes. A Flinders athlete is an athlete we consider still representing Flinders. For example an athlete may be registered with Athletics SA; be a club member who only competes in SAAL events; a club member who just competes in other formal events (SAMA, SARRC, TrailSA etc)
(2) Athlete that were last registered with Flinders but are competing overseas are considered Flinders athletes even if they join another club. The same applies to athletes attending the AIS after competing for Flinders are considered Flinders athletes. In most of these cases Club membership (free/acknowledged) is maintained, while some athletes formally kept their Athletics SA registrations.
(3) Life members of the club are considered Flinders (by definition) regardless of what they do after being awarded their life membership.
(4) In early season (e.g. after new annual membership period commences) athletes are considered Flinders until it is obvious they are not going to join the club.
Notes:
This is the beginning of a record of every results from Flinders athletes. There are still a lot of results missing.
The red text in recent years indicates that the data has not been updated to our central results source. The aim is to release a version whereby athletes can view their own data, or at least interrogate it.
