SEPSA Gym Session (Term One) Monday 2 February – program commences
Our SEPSA program is a ten week program throughout first term.
The program costs $150 for the ten sessions.
Program overview
We’re planning to facilitate a weekly strength and conditioning session on Monday evenings from 5:30–7:00 pm, held in the newly renovated gym located in the Sturt Gymnasium at Flinders University (adjacent to the baseball fields).
The program is designed to run across the full year in school-term blocks, with a strong focus on:
Long-term athlete development
Movement competency and injury resilience
Strength programming that complements (not competes with) the running program
Importantly, strength loads and intensity will be aligned with the running program — including deload weeks — and ramped appropriately around competition phases.
