Falls Creek Race Club has played an important part in the Falls Creek community for over 40 years. Today the clubs aim is to promote snowsports through developing all of the skills of skiing and snowboarding through a positive, fulfilling environment. We are proud to have a membership community of highly engaged and active members past and present. FCRC has an active parent volunteer body and there is an emphasis on building community networks along with competition preparation and participation.

Membership contributions assist the club financially to source coaches, resources and equipment to develop and facilitate our programs. The contributions assist athletes across alpine and freeride pathways, helping cover costs associated with competition, special training programs and camps to build skill progression and confidence. They also contribute to our social events, clubroom maintenance and capital works.

What does your membership include?

• Seasonal access to the FCRC gym & Clubhouse (during the declared winter season)
• Full voting rights (for members >16 years of age) and attendance at the FCRC AGM

What types of Memberships are available?

The Falls Creek Race Club offer 3 types of memberships:

1. Family Membership - for program participant members and parent/guardian member/s.  
   • This membership includes 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th family members and offers cost savings for up to 6 family members.
   • The 1st Family member must be a parent/guardian member to accompany any child/ren participant/s member/s OR an adult program participant.
   • This memberships include all membership benefits.
2. Social Membership
   • Social membership is available to individuals that are not participating in any winter sports program and do not have child/ren participating in any winter sports program/s.
   • Social member must be over the age of 18. 
   • Social member must be approved by FCRC Committee.
   • All membership benefits are included with exception to club uniform offers.
3. Honarary Life Membership
   • Life membership is an honour bestowed on an individual club member whose exceptional, loyal and outstanding service and contribution has provided measurable benefit to Falls Creek Race Club (FCRC) over an extended period of time.
   • Life Membership is the highest recognition that can be awarded to a member. Consequently, its awarding is completed in line with a set of criteria. Please see the attached Life Membership at FCRC Policy for further details.
   • Life members are appointed by the committee. See our life members here.

*What is a refundable work levy?

A refundable work levy of $220 is included with the registration of 1st Family Member. 

Falls Creek Race Club relies on volunteers to make our club viable. Volunteers assist with club associated on snow events, club activities, club maintenance, fundraising and social events. A refundable work levy is available to encourage members to volunteer and contribute to the club. The levy is refundable if a member volunteers & completes prescribed tasks/activities (with a limit to 1 refund per family). Refunds are processed at the end of the season.
