DUBBO TRACK AND FIELD SPRING MEET

EVENT INFORMATION

Date: 10 October 2026

Location: Barden Park, Dubbo

Cost: $10 per event (maximum spend $30)

Eligible Age Groups:OPEN (minimum age group 12s) - Events will be graded based on seed performance, and are open to all skill levels (not just high performing athletes or those chasing a national qualifier).

Athletes competing must be registered with one of the following:

• A NSW Athletics affiliated club and hold either a Little Athletics, Junior Athletics, Open or Concession membership for the 2026/27 season;
• Interstate athletes may compete providing they are registered with a club affiliated with a Member Association of either Australian Athletics or Little Athletics Australia;
• Athletes who are not members of NSW Athletics, but are a member of NSW Masters Association as an Associate Member (or Masters Association in Australia) may also participate by providing your National Member ID.

TIMETABLE (DRAFT)

• The final timetable and entry lists will be published here no later than 12pm on Friday 9 October 2026.
• All athletes must check the timetable after close of entries to confirm the start times of their events.
• Relay nominations can be made on the day of the carnival and will close at 1pm. Only athletes already registered in an event at the carnival can nominate for the relay.

ENTRY INFORMATION

Entries will close at 12:00 (midday) on Tuesday 6 October 2026. Only online entries will be accepted

Late entries will be automatically accepted until 12:00 (midday) on Wednesday 7 October 2026, with the addition of a $10 late fee.

Acceptance of entries received after this time will be at the discretion of DAC.

VOLUNTEERS

We encourage all spectators to lend a hand with the events to help ensure the competition runs smoothly. Even one hour of assistance makes a huge difference.

No previous experience is required—our team will provide guidance on the day. If you would like to help, more details are available here.

PERMIT STATUS

This meet will be ratified as a state permit, allowing athletes to use their performance to qualify for the Australian Athletics Championships.
