NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The Annual General Meeting of the Dubbo Athletics Club Inc. (DAC) will be held at 6:30pm, Tuesday 14th May 2024 at the Victoria Park Function Rooms, Victoria Park, Darling Street, Dubbo NSW 2830
As provided under the Constitution: The business to be transacted at the Annual General Meeting includes the consideration of accounts and the reports of the Executive Committee and auditors, The election of Committee Members under this Constitution and the appointment of the auditors. All business that is transacted at an Annual General Meeting shall be special business. No business other than that stated on the notice for a General Meeting shall be transacted at that meeting. Issued: 21/04/2024 NOTICE OF MOTION This notice is to notify all current members of Dubbo Athletics Club of the following notice of motion. Steve Gamble, President of Dubbo Athletics has put forward the motion to replace the current Dubbo Athletics Club Constitution Dated May 2016, Amended May 2022 with a new constitution. This motion has come from recommendations by Fair trading to fix inconsistencies and to update old wording
