Program Times

5:30pm – U6, U7 & U8
Please arrive by 5:20pm so we can start on time.

• U6: Marshal at the 100m start line

• U7 & U8: Marshal at tubs at the south end of the track

6:00pm – U9 and Up
Please arrive by 5:45pm for a 6:00pm start.

• Marshal at your age-group tubs at the south end of the track

• Some age groups have been split due to large numbers

Parent Helpers

Each field event requires at least 3 parent helpers to assist the age manager and coach.
If there are insufficient helpers, field events cannot proceed.

➡️ Athletes must have a parent/guardian present at Barden Park to participate.

Safety Reminder

• Do NOT enter the inside grassed track — field events are active and dangerous

• Walk around the outside of the track at all times

• Spikes permitted for U11+ only
