𝐑𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐑𝐨𝐬𝐬 𝐏o𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐨𝐧 𝐑𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝

Tonight we proudly honour Ross Poulton, a Life Member whose dedication to DAC began in 1963. From parent to coach to President, Ross gave so much to our club. In 2018, the Barden Park Grandstand was named in his honour — a lasting tribute to his service and passion.

⭐ 5:00pm – Tiny Tots (Last Session!)

It’s our final Tiny Tots session of the season, so let’s finish with some extra fun and festive cheer!
🎄 Add something Christmassy to your uniform — Santa hats, tinsel, Christmas socks, reindeer ears… anything that sparkles!
📍 Tiny Tots will be using the far east side of the track.
👨‍👩‍👧 Parents must remain present.
🚫 Older siblings are unable to participate.

⭐ 5:30pm – U6, U7, U8

Please arrive by 5:20pm so we can start right on time.
• U6: Marshal at the 200m start line.
• U7 & U8: Marshal at their tubs at the south end of the track.

⭐ 6:00pm – U9 and Up

Please arrive by 5:45pm.
• Marshal at your age-group tubs at the south end of the track.
• Some age groups have been split due to large numbers.

👨‍👩‍👧 Parent Helpers

Each field event requires at least 3 parent helpers to support the age manager and coach.
👉 If insufficient helpers are available, field events cannot proceed.
👉 Athletes must have a parent/guardian present at Barden Park to participate.

⚠️ Safety Reminder

• Do NOT enter the inside grassed track — field events are active and dangerous.
• Walk around the outside of the track at all times.
• Spikes permitted for U11+ only.
