Tonight’s Competition – Important Reminders5pm: Tiny Tots. Tiny tots will be utilising the far east side of the athletics track. Parents will be required to be present. Older siblings will be unable to participate.
5.30pm: Can the U6, 7, 8's Please arrive by 5.20pm so that we can kick the first event off at 5.30 exactly. 6's to marshal at 300m start line (Behind Discus 1). 7's and 8's to marshal at their tubs located at the south end of the athletics track.
6pm: Can we have the 9's and up arrive by 5.45pm so we can kick their night of at 6pm. 9's and up to Marshall at their age tubs located at the south end of track. Some age groups have been split due to large numbers.
At least three parents are needed at each field to help the Age manager and Coach. Field events will not go ahead if there is not enough parent helpers.
Athletes who do not have a parent/guardian present at Barden park will be unable to participate and parents/guardians will be contacted.
Late registrations will need to be picked up by 6pm
Safety Reminder:Do NOT enter the inside grassed track – this area is dangerous due to ongoing field events. Please walk around the outside of the track.
Spikes are only permitted for U11 and above.
