The Annual General Meeting of the Dubbo Athletics Club Inc. (DAC) will be held at 6:30pm, Tuesday 14th May 2024 at the Victoria Park Function Rooms, Victoria Park, Darling Street, Dubbo NSW 2830 As provided under the Constitution: ●
The business to be transacted at the Annual General Meeting includes the consideration of accounts and the reports of the Executive Committee and auditors, ● The election of Committee Members under this Constitution and the appointment of the auditors. ●
All business that is transacted at an Annual General Meeting shall be special business.
No business other than that stated on the notice for a General Meeting shall be transacted at that meeting. This motion has come from recommendations by Fair trade to fix inconsistencies and to update old wording
