Any eligible independents wishing to nominate must submit an online application by 3pm AEST Sunday May 10th. No late nominations will be accepted.
All nominating independents must 18 years of age or older. Your online application must include:
1) A completed online application
2) A candidate statement uploaded in the online application
3) A signed Nomination Declaration uploaded in the online application
Note: Please fill in all areas of the online nomination and ensure you receive an email confirmation
