The Tournament Director is responsible for leading and overseeing the planning, delivery, and continuous improvement of ATQ tournaments. The role ensures events are delivered to a high standard, aligned with Australian Taekwondo and World Taekwondo requirements, while supporting positive participation and stakeholder engagement across Queensland.
