Complaints Manager Expression of Interest 

ATQ is seeking expressions of interest for the role of ATQ Complaint Manager. This position will oversee the management of complaints and integrity matters across our organisation. The Complaint Manager will ensure that all issues are handled fairly, promptly, and in line with our policies, integrity framework, and relevant legislation.

This role is central to maintaining trust and accountability within our sport.

The Complaints Manager is a voluntary role. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, assess, and manage complaints and reports relating to conduct, integrity, and policy breaches.

  • Coordinate investigations or referrals, ensuring impartial and timely outcomes.

  • Maintain accurate records and uphold confidentiality at all times.

  • Communicate clearly with all parties throughout the process while ensuring procedural fairness.

  • Provide regular updates and trend reports to the ATQ Board

  • Identify opportunities to strengthen integrity processes and culture.
