Great training session last Sunday. Thanks to Sam Morgan for taking us through some great sparring drills and passing on your knowledge of timing, footwork and distance.

After a very tense wait (for everyone I'm sure) and several phone calls I secured us an alternative venue for our annual camp. The camp dates have not changed and will be held on Friday evening 3 may to Sunday afternoon 5 May..

A great day of competition was enjoyed by all who competed. Club Champions this year was the Pittwater club and the Andrew Bridge Memorial Encouragement Award being awarded to Zahn Currey from Stanwell Park. Well done to everyone that participated - all the results are now available.

2018 AHA ANNUAL TOURNAMENT Date: Sun 26 Aug 2018 Time: 08:30 - 17:00 Location: Central Coast Youth Club Come along and enjoy a great day of friendly competition against students of other AHA Hapkido Clubs. Prepare yourself well in advance. Events held on the day include Sparring, Patterns, Falling and Self Defence sections.

The aim of the tournament is to promote the spirit of Hapkido and all students are encouraged to participate. There are Rules for Falling, Sparring, Patterns and Self Defence Drills which can be downloaded.

With the tournament scheduled for Sunday August 26th there will be no BB training in August. Next BB training sessions will be September (23rd) and October (28th).
