We’re excited to continue Gangway for a second season—building confidence, capability, and connection among women in our club. Whether you're brand new to sailing or an experienced skipper, you’re warmly welcomed.

Gangway is a series of interactive sessions designed to create a pathway for women to develop sailing skills, gain experience, and share knowledge with one another in a supportive environment.

This Session: Reading the Weather

Join us for an engaging and practical session focused on one of sailing’s most important skills—understanding the weather.

Learn how to:

• Interpret weather patterns and forecasts
• Read the signs on the water and in the sky
• Make informed decisions before and during a race
• Build confidence in changing conditions

This session has been timed perfectly as part of the Lady Skippers Race weekend, giving you valuable insights you can apply straight away.
