Off Ice Training
Off Ice Training
Sundays 9:15-9:45am
Off-ice training is a key part of athlete development at the Western Flames Ice Racing Club, helping skaters build the strength, endurance, balance, and technique needed for success on the ice.
Through a mix of fitness conditioning, agility drills, flexibility work, and sport-specific exercises, our athletes develop the physical and mental skills that translate directly into faster, stronger racing performances.
Off-ice sessions also foster teamwork, discipline, and confidence, creating a supportive environment where skaters of all ages and abilities can continue to grow both as athletes and as members of the Western Flames community.
