The Tuggeranong Vikings Water Polo Club was formed in August 1994 and is one of the oldest of the five main water polo clubs operating in the ACT.  The Club has been prominent in the ACT, winning numerous championships in both men’s, women’s and junior grades. The Club is also prominent in NSW country water polo circles, winning the men’s Country Club Championship in 1990, 1991 and 1996, and finishing second in 1992, 1993 and 1995.

 

Tuggeranong Vikings Water Polo Club offers training, competitions and fun for players at all levels and is based at Lakeside Leisure Centre, Tuggeranong. Players benefit from coaching by senior players, many of whom have played at state and national level, as well as having accredited coaching qualifications. Many senior players have played at national and national league levels. Both junior and senior teams participate in State Country teams and squads. We cater for all playing levels, have an active social calendar and is involved in coaching and referee programs.
