The 'night of nights' for the Shenton rowers! Parents and rowers are welcome to join us for the Annual Awards dinner at the UWABC, starting 6.00pm. Standing room only! Students are encouraged to dress code 'cocktail', or at least super smart! Each family to bring a plate of food (finger food please). More details from your year group coordinators will be sent about what to bring. Purchase your tickets here - $10 each. 1 drink free per ticket! Please note that as the bar will be open for parents, students under 18yrs must have a parent (or other adult organised in advance) who agrees to be responsible for them at the venue. Rowers and parents only. Unfortunately we don't have room for other family members :( 

Between 4pm and 5.30pm, the UWABC will be holding a boat naming ceremony- an age old tradition before we race new boats. This is an important event for the club and we encourage your attendance to show support for our major sponsors who support the Shenton rowing program, the Rowley Foundation, and the boat naming to recognise key club figure Gavin Rezos who has been an important part of establishing a solid financial basis and sponsorship for the club. Please come an hour early to the Awards dinner and join us on the lawn next to the club to watch the boat being christened. We'd love a big  show of support to our major sponsor.
