Register for our RowFit Program!
In partnership with Rowing WA and proudly supported by the Department of Creative Industries, Tourism and Sport (CITS) we are delivering a 12-week Indoor Rowing Program designed to promote inclusivity and increase accessibility for women and other low-participation groups.
Whether you're looking to improve your fitness, try something new, or return to exercise in a supportive environment, this program is built for you.
Within just 12 sessions, you’ll develop cardiovascular fitness, strength, and flexibility through structured, low-impact full-body training. Each session is designed to be welcoming, engaging, and suitable for all fitness levels.
This program will also include one strength and conditioning session coached by Max Wagenaar.
Max is an ASCA Level 1 accredited Strength & Conditioning Coach and a Bachelor of Science (Physiotherapy) student at Curtin University. He combines evidence-based exercise science and biomechanics with practical high-performance experience he has gained from time in the WAFL program and his extensive sporting experience.
Bring a friend, build confidence, and be part of a motivating and inclusive community.
