2025-2026 Registration Info

The membership database has been rolled over and Tasmania University Boat Club is ready for you to register for the 2025-2026 membership year.

Rowing Tasmania has mandatory online registration and payment. This process requires members to register and pay their Rowing Tasmania fees online via credit or debit card using Pin Payments. 

Clubs have the flexibility of setting up their own payment option for the club membership fees and Tasmania University Boat Club has decided to require Full Fee Payment for Rowing Tasmania/Rowing Australia and our club membership fee at the same time. Please note there is a small charge to revoluntinise.

The 2025-2026 membership fees will be:

To do online registration please follow the basic steps below for members registering online.

1. Visit the Tasmania University Boat Club website and go to our registration page Link found here https://www.revolutionise.com.au/tubc/registration

It will look something like this:

2. NEW MEMBERS – these instructions are for members who have never registeredwith the sport before.

• Click the New Member button
• Enter your Surname and Date of birth, select your membership type, and click Next Step
• Fill in the rest of your details.

3. RETURNING MEMBERS – these instruction are for members who have registered with the sport previously.

·         Click the Returning Member button

·         Enter your Surname and Date of birth, select your membership type and click Next Step

·         Check your details to ensure they are up to date. Make sure to update your email and phone numbers if these have changed. And update any Registration to Work With Vulnerable People information.

If the website says “It looks like your account has already been renewed”, then this means your record is already active within the club. You will need to get in touch with the club, who can advise of the next steps.

4. Payment of Registration Fees

You will be required to pay at the point of registration, the Rowing Tasmania/Rowing Australia registration fees at the end of the registration form and your club membership form. You will not be able to submit your registration until payment is made.

You will also be required to tick the Rowing Australia, Rowing Tasmania, and TUBC Terms and Conditions

5. Once you Register

You will be sent a welcome email with confirmation of your registration, including a member number and login details.

The welcome email will also include a receipt of the paid fees.

Important Things to remember

If you are a returning member and your details don’t appear, please refrain from creating a new membership with a different date of birth or a variation in the spelling of your name. Instead, contact your club for assistance. This will help prevent the creation of a duplicate membership and ensure your rowing history remains intact.

Please note it is imperative that everyone registers as soon as possible to continue using TUBC facilities. Your Rowing Tasmania registration covers your insurance risk at the club for the entire season and you are not covered until your membership application or renewal is completed.
