Your club already brings people together through training, competing and showing up for each other week after week.

sUPport Day is a chance to build on that connection: to check in, have a laugh and make sure no one in your team is doing it tougher than they let on.

Have fun. Check in. That’s the whole idea.

Your club can take part in whatever way works for you. Add something social to a training session or game, hold a barbecue or morning tea, or create an event of your own. It doesn’t need to be complicated. The important thing is bringing people together and making time to check in.
