Members can raise a wide range of concerns and complaints with our club MPIO, including issues related to harassment, discrimination, bullying, child protection, and other inappropriate behaviour. Specifically, members can use the club MPIO for any enquiries, concerns, or complaints related to these issues and to seek information about their rights, responsibilities, and options under our policy.

  • Child Protection:
    Concerns about the safety and well-being of children in the club or organisation, including potential abuse or neglect. 
     
  • Harassment and Discrimination:
    Issues related to harassment, discrimination, or victimization based on protected attributes like age, disability, gender identity, pregnancy, race, religion, or sex. 
     
  • Bullying and Inappropriate Behavior:
    Concerns about bullying, cyberbullying, or other forms of inappropriate behavior or conduct among members. 
     
  • Coaching and Selection Issues:
    Complaints about coaching methods, selection disputes, unfair decisions, or personality clashes.

Our MPIO serves as the first point of contact for members to raise any concerns or complaints about member protection issues, providing information, guidance, and support as needed.
