Elimination Skills - 3D, Drags, Spins, Deception, Speed.
Passing and Shooting Skills - Tomahawks, Overheads, Hits, Slaps, Sliders, Flicks.
Receiving Skills - Aerial and Bouncy balls, First touch, Mobile and Dynamic.
Defending Skills - Steals, Line of Approach, Intercepting, Tight Marking.
Mental Skills - Training the way we play, Embracing and Learning through Mistakes, Goal Setting, getting the Best out of your team mates.
