Membership Terms and Conditions

Athletics NT

I hereby apply to become a member of Athletics Northern Territory and the club I have selected (if any) and declare that I am eligible to participate in competition according to the eligibility laws set down by the By-Laws of Athletics Australia.

I agree to abide by all the Rules, Policies and By-Laws of Athletics Nothern Territory and Athletics Australia including the code of conduct contained therein and Constitution, Rules and Regulations of World Athletics and World Para Athletics as amended from time to time.

I consent to undergo drug testing as directed by ASADA (if applicable) and I consent to my name and/or image being used in Athletics Northern Territory and Athletics Australia publications or published by official event photographers.

I acknowledge and consent to the information provided (including sensitive information) being collected, held and used by Athletics Australia in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

Rural Athletics Centre

Rural Athletics Centre (RAC) is run by volunteers, and therefore relies on the support of all families and carers to deliver the program and to keep members safe. In addition to Australian Athletics and Athletics NT policies, terms and conditions, registering yourself and/or your child(ren) with RAC means that you agree to the following conditions:

• be physically onsite within the Freds Pass Reserve athletics facility or other venue during training and competitions that your child(ren) or young person in your care attend;
• manage any younger siblings of members so to not cause disruption or distraction, to reduce risks to either party; and
• support RAC by volunteering as an official or assistant during all types of meets that you, your child(ren) or young person participates in (whether at Freds Pass Reserve or other venue). For example rake the long jump pit, measure jumps, replace the bar in high jump, place judge or timekeep for track events, run the canteen.
