Welcome to the Rural Athletics Centre registration portal.

If you were registered previously with any club in Australia please select RETURNING MEMBER. If you have not been a member of an athletics club previously, please select NEW MEMBER.

Registration is for the period 1st January to 31st December 2024. Your membership category is determined by your age on the 31st December 2024 with one exception - Tiny Tots must be minimum 3 years of age before attending sessions.

Sports Vouchers are accepted. Please review the Membership Types carefully to ensure you select the correct one as there may be multiple options depending on your age group.

To request a voucher go to https://nt.gov.au/leisure/sport/sport-and-swim-vouchers/sport-voucher-scheme-urban. The voucher MUST be either uploaded at time of registration or emailed to rural.athletics.nt@gmail.com with the registered member name in the email subject line as soon as a registration is processed, so please obtain before registering. You can only add one file in the registration portal, so if selecting a 2 voucher option, best to email both through.

The Junior membership type is split into 6-8yrs and 9-17yrs age groups and each group has 3 options:

Option A. Full payment $150.00 (ie. no voucher)

Option B. Voucher x 1 + $50.00 payment

Option C. Voucher x 2 + $0.00. Payment (includes uniform)

If the Registration cost at the billing point on the form is a different amount to what you were expecting eg. $150.00 instead of $50.00 or $0.00, please go back to the membership type list to make sure you have chosen the correct one. Please only select Option C if you have two valid vouchers to use at the time of registration e.g. Sem 2 2023 voucher and Sem 1 2024 voucher. If only 1 valid voucher is provided, the registration will be cancelled and you will be required to re-register under Option B.

PLEASE NOTE: There is a glitch in the registration system relating to Working with Children Check questions which at this moment has not been resolved. If you come across the question 'Reason for exemption*', please select "Other" as you will not be able to proceed to register without choosing a response. If you are then registering in an 18 years+ membership type and have a WWCC, please provide your clearance number and expiry date at bottom of the form.

Online payment Transactions Fees

All registration fees include a capitation fee to Athletics NT. RAC absorb the transaction fees charged by the registration system providers for the RAC portion of the membership fees, but Athletics NT oncharge the fees for the capitation component. This means all full-payment registration types will be charged transaction fees on top of the registration fee.
