QUT are now recruiting Nationals Div 1 & 2 Team Managers. Our Team Managers will play a key role in the planning, recruitment and success of QUT's teams during Nationals in September.

Team Managers will undergo a series of training to ensure they have the skills and knowledge for September. Team Managers will have their QUT Fee discounted upon successful completion of the training.

QUT Sport team managers lead sport teams to compete at various events.

As a team manager, your responsibilities will include:

• organise and facilitate team trials (at least two) and training
• communicate messages and updates from the university to the team
• ensure the team is aware of game times, accommodation and transport logistics
• provide first aid as required and complete incident report form and referral
• report incidents and escalate as required
• promote and display positive team and competition behaviour
• escalate the team’s concerns and feedback
• escalate rule or code of conduct breaches and behavioural issues
• follow protocols outlined in the Team Manager Guide
• represent QUT positively and professionally.
