QUT - Gardens Point
Social Serve is our FREE drop-in casual active program designed for students and staff of all abilities. This semester, we're introducing Yoga on Tuesday afternoons after class or work. Whether you're brand new to yoga or simply looking for a great way to finish your day, these sessions are designed to help you improve your strength, flexibility and overall wellbeing.
Come along every week or register for the sessions that suit your schedule.
The program runs over three Tuesday afternoon sessions:

*Please note: Participants are required to bring their own yoga/Pilates mat or a towel, as these will not be provided.
