💰 Friday Night Fundraising Program
At Panthers, we understand that the cost of participating in sport can place pressure on families.
That's why we've developed a club-wide fundraising program that rewards participation and helps reduce the cost of playing softball.
🐾 How Does It Work?
Every attendance by a registered Panthers member earns one individual fundraising point.
Fundraising points are awarded to the individual registered Panthers member in attendance and are used to calculate end-of-season reimbursements.
Family members, friends and supporters are encouraged to attend and enjoy an evening with us at The Albion Hotel. However, fundraising points and reimbursements apply only to registered Panthers members.
If the fundraising pool is $12,000 and registered Panthers members earn a combined 120 fundraising points:
💰 Each point is worth $100.
A registered member who earns:
- 1 point would receive $100
- 3 points would receive $300
- 5 points would receive $500
Reimbursements are capped at the registration fee actually paid by the registered Panthers member.
Any remaining funds stay with Panthers and help support equipment purchases, player development programs and club initiatives.
🐾 Panthers Fundraisers
Our fundraising nights are held at The Albion Hotel - The Panthers Clubhouse Friday evenings throughout the season.
📝 RSVP is essential for each fundraising night to assist with table bookings, attendance recording and fundraising point allocation.
