Senior Throws Training

Sunday Mornings 9:30am - 10:30am @ Hourglass Reserve

All members are Welcome to attend this free session which runs every week - unless its raining and the circles / runway are too wet to use.

 

 

Sprint Development Training

(Including Hurdles)

Monday 4:45pm - 5:45pm @ Hourglass Reserve

Training is suitable for beginners, those returning to the sport, Masters and Social/Communirty Athletes. 

The FEE is $5 each per session on a casual basis )cash or EFT to the coach at the session) Please let the club know via email if you plan to attend these sessions or have any queries.
