Our Zone consists of 9 Clubs: - Minchinbury, Blacktown, Doonside, LethbridgePark, Mt. Druitt, Prospect, Quakers Hill, The Ponds and Tallawong Park.

Entry will open on Results HQ for entry for all athletes to choose your events numbering them in preference. You will be advised via email, Facebook and club announcements when this becomes available.

The Club will cover the entry fee for athletes competing in this years Zone Championships.

A maximum of 6 competitors from each age group from 7s to 11s are allowed ineach event, no competitor will compete in more than 4 events, excluding the relays.

In the 12 to 17 age groups, there is no restriction on the number of competitors we can enter in an event; however, no competitor will compete in more than 6 events, excluding the relays.

Each athlete will be advised of the final entry for him/her via email.

The top 4 in each event will advance through to the Regional Championship. Inthe 7s age group the top 3 in all events will receive a Zone Medal as they do notgo through to the Regional Championship.

Zone will be held on 5 th , 6 th & 7 th December 2025 at Blacktown International Sportspark.

Please note that if your child chooses to enter, a parent / family member over 18 are asked to please volunteer as a parent helper at some stage over the weekend. This is asked of all parents at all clubs. It is usually approximately 1 hour of your time. Once we have details on how many helpers are required from Minchinbury, we will create a roster based on your preferences to make it fair on all families.
