Para Sport Support – Sitting Volleyball Come & Try Evening

Join us for an exciting and inclusive Sitting Volleyball Come & Try Evening, proudly supported by Para Sport Support. This event provides an opportunity for people of all abilities to experience one of the world's fastest-growing adaptive sports in a fun, welcoming, and supportive environment.

Whether you are living with a disability, recovering from injury, looking for a new sporting challenge, or simply curious to learn more about sitting volleyball, this session is designed for everyone. No previous volleyball experience is required.

Participants will learn the basic skills of sitting volleyball, take part in modified games, meet new people, and discover pathways to ongoing participation in the sport. Experienced coaches and volunteers will be on hand to guide and support participants throughout the evening.
