We Support
Maroondah Volleyball and the Maroondah Cobras Volleyball Club invite applications from coaches and assistant coaches to be part of our programs for the remainder of 2025 and 2026.
We offer a variety of opportunities across different levels of the game, from introducing young children to volleyball through to developing athletes competing at the highest state level.
Our programs include:
Little Spikers / Spikets – introductory volleyball for pre-school children
Spikezone – fun, skills-based volleyball for primary school children
Maroondah Eastern Institute of Volleyball (MEIV) – secondary school-aged athletes, with programs for beginners, juniors, intermediates, and a development squad pathway
Maroondah Cobras – teams competing in Premier, State and Youth League competitions
We are seeking coaches and assistant coaches who are:
Passionate about volleyball and supporting athlete development at all levels
Positive role models who can create an inclusive, supportive, and fun environment
Willing to work collaboratively with other coaches, athletes, and volunteers
Committed to ongoing learning and growth as a coach
Accredited (or willing to work towards accreditation) through Volleyball Australia’s coaching framework
Coaching with Maroondah Volleyball offers the opportunity to contribute to athlete development, be part of a supportive community, and continue to grow as a coach.
