Registration and Payment – VolleyKids General & Advanced Program (2026)

VolleyKids is Maroondah Volleyball’s primary school volleyball program, formerly known as Spikezone.
The program has been refreshed and renamed to better reflect its role as the entry point into the Maroondah Volleyball development pathway.

VolleyKids is designed to help children learn volleyball skills in a fun, inclusive, and age-appropriate environment, while developing coordination, teamwork, and confidence.

Program Details – General Session

• Day: Thursday

• Time: 4:30pm – 5:30pm

• Who: Primary school children Prep – Grade 6

• Includes VolleyAll participants (registered separately)

Please arrive 10 minutes early to sign in and be ready to start.

From Term 2 2026:
This now included the Advanced Session, which no longer runs at 5:45pm

Pathway Information

The VolleyKids General program (4:30pm – 5:30pm) is the primary entry point into volleyball for most primary school children.

Athletes develop fundamental skills, confidence, and basic game understanding in this session.

As skills and experience grow, some athletes may progress into the VolleyKids Advanced session (4:30pm - 5:30pm), which focuses on higher-level skill development and game concepts.

For secondary school programs, athletes transition into MEIV sessions held on Sunday, Monday, or Tuesday.

Membership Requirement (Required Before Registration)

All participants must hold a current Volleyball Victoria membership and be registered with Maroondah Volleyballbefore registering for VolleyKids.

The following membership categories are applicable to VolleyKids:

• Training Membership(most participants only require this)

• Recreational Membership

• Full Membership

If your child is participating only in VolleyKids training, the Training membership is sufficient.
