Manly boasts multiple indoor teams in the Sydney Indoor Hockey Association Mixed, Mens and Womens competitions.

SIHA runs Junior and Senior weekly competitions in Term 1 and Term 4 of each year.

Indoor Hockey has grown to be a hugely popular format of hockey. It is enjoyable, competitive and skilful. Most importantly it is accessible to new and experienced players and it is played in local venues, including Ryde and Mosman.
