Sensei Michael Radermacher 4th Dan

Sensei Michael is an instructor at the Menai dojo.

He commenced his training with Ishinryu in 1986 and graded to 1st Dan black belt in 1990. Soon after he travelled intra and interstate for work, training with Shotokan when no Ishinryu dojo was available. He has since returned to NSW and graded to 4th Dan in 2025.

Sensei Michael continues to compete in local and international events, medalling in 2023 at the Australian and New Zealand opens in both kata and kumite. He is the 2025 and 2024 Australian Open 55+ kumite champion.

Sensei Michael is a National kumite referee and kata judge. He is a silver (level 2) dojo instructor, as accredited via Sport Australia / AIS.
