Courts can be hired by schools throughout the day.
To make a booking, please complete the attached form and email it to Horsham Squash Club prior to the booking date so we can confirm the courts aren’t already booked or out of action during your times requested.
The 2025/2026 Committee have set the terms & conditions as below:
The Horsham Squash courts are available for school hire at $8 per student in attendance. - The hire fee above allows access to the courts, along with racquet/ball/glasses usage found in the foyer tubs.
Juniors (aged 19 & under) must wear protective eyewear while on the court.
Schools will be required to fill out the student log sheet to keep a log of the students in attendance on each date.
At the conclusion of your booking period, please email the completed log sheet through and your school will be invoiced accordingly.
We have an electric door lock, so an access code will be made and given prior to attending your session. - This code is only to be utilized during your sessions and may not be used for any other time, for any other reason
Any damages found after your session will be discussed and handled at the discretion of the committee then charged accordingly to rectify 1st offence will likely occur a warning. 2nd offence will have damages invoiced - minimum $150
Changes to the hiring form and access to the courts can be revoked at any time
