Our training program is designed to prepare players for a fun and successful season of water polo. Sessions focus on building swimming ability, ball skills, teamwork, and confidence in the pool – while making sure players enjoy every step of their journey.

Training begins Monday 14th September, with the competition season kicking off (Round 0) on Saturday 12th September.

Save on Pool Entry

To make training more affordable, families can purchase a 15-visit multipass, which provides entry to both Sutherland and Caringbah Leisure Centres. This is a great way to save money while ensuring players can attend training each week.

What to Expect

Our sessions are tailored to each age group, giving younger players a solid introduction to water polo while supporting older players as they progress towards competitive play in the Sutherland Shire Water Polo Association (SSWPA) competition.

With a team of dedicated coaches and supportive parents, Gunnamatta Water Polo Club offers the perfect pathway for juniors to learn, grow, and develop.
