Notice of 2026 FCRC Annual General Meeting

The Falls Creek Race Club invites all members to attend the 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on Wednesday, 27 May 2025 at 7- 8pm, online via MS Teams.

The AGM will be held as an online meeting via MS Teams.  Please use the link below to register for the AGM and an invite will be sent to you.

• Welcome
• Apologies & Proxies
• Confirmation of 2025 AGM Minutes
• Committee Reports
  • To receive the report of the President on behalf of the FCRC Incorporated Association for the financial year ended 2025
  • To receive the audited Financial Report of the Treasurer for the financial year ended 2025 and the Independent Audit Report thereon

• Election of Committee officers and members
• 2026 Membership and Levy
• Close.

The Club’s financial accounts will be available in coming weeks, prior to AGM.

Proxy

If you are unable to attend the meeting, you may give your proxy to another member attending the AGM by filling in the 2026 AGM Form of Appointment of Proxy.

The proxy form must be completed by EOD on Wednesday 20th May 2026.

Nomination of Committee Officers and Members

Nominations of candidate for election as officers of the FCRC or as ordinary members of the committee must be made by filling in the 2026 FCRC Nomination Form.  Note that any nomination must be endorsed by 2 members of the FCRC.  If you are nominating someone other than yourself, you must ensure you that you have the consent of the candidate whom you are nominating.

The nomination form must be completed by EOD on Wednesday 20th May 2026.

Election of Committee Officers and Members

You must be a current 2025 member of the Falls Creek Race Club in order to vote or to be eligible for election as an officer or member of the Committee of Management.

Only members who have attained the age of 16 years as at the date of the meeting are eligible to vote.
