Wednesday Pennant - Spring 2026 (3 person teams)

Starting date: Wednesday October 7, 2026 at 7pm.

Note: this season will be shorter than usual due to its proximity to the Christmas holidays. We anticipate that the season will comprise two divisions, seven rounds and three weeks of finals, with the final tentatively scheduled for Wednesday, 9 December. The final format and schedule will be confirmed once registrations have closed.

Fees: 

• Pennant fees: $7 (including GST) per player per week, payable up front when season starts.
• CTTC annual membership fee (unless already paid for 2026): $10
• TTV annual ‘competition’ player registration fee (unless already paid for 2026): $85
  • * $126 for players intending to play state tournaments

Coburg Table Tennis Club has a pennant sub-committee that will select players/teams for the upcoming pennant season. Selection is based on a number of factors but is ultimately at the discretion of the sub-committee. Due to limited available spaces, some applicants may not get a spot in pennant. In the case of the latter, the club will advise non-successful applicants once selections are finalised. (Note, however, that we always need fill-ins.) Registrations close on September 25, 2026.

Note that all players need to register individually but may nominate team-mates. We will do our best to accommodate team-mate preferences wherever possible. However, to help ensure the competition is fair and well balanced for everyone, final team selections will be determined by the Pennant Sub-Committee; this applies particularly when allocating number 1 and number 2 ranked players to teams.
