Tuesday Pennant - Spring 2025: 10 rounds plus semi and grand final.
Starting date: September 2, 2025*

* the refurbishment at the club is currently scheduled to be completed in late August. Players will be notified in the event of a delay which might require a postponent of the start of pennant.  

Format:

• Coburg Premier League: 2-person teams where each player plays two singles matches, plus one doubles match
  • Rating Central Requirement: above 1600 Rating Central points (as at close of registrations); however, players who are below 1600 RC points will be considered if circumstances warrant.
• Other sections: 3-person teams where each player plays 3 singles matches; no doubles matches
• 7pm start

NOTE: given that we’ve had a four-month break since our last pennant, it is difficult to anticipate the number of players likely to sign up for this Spring season. We have allowed for a total of 70 players; if registrations exceed this, the pennant sub-committee will, if viable, look at Thursday evenings (7.30pm start) as an option to accommodate additional numbers. We don’t need to emphasise that our aim here would be to give as many players as possible the opportunity to participate.

Fees:

• Pennant fees: $7 (including GST) per player per week, payable up front when season starts.
• CTTC membership fee (annual): $10 (unless already paid for 2025)
• TTV ‘competition’ player registration fee (annual): $85.00 Adult/$65 concession (unless already paid for 2025)

Coburg Table Tennis Club has a pennant sub-committee that will select players/teams for the upcoming pennant season. Selection is based on a number of factors but ultimately is at the discretion of the sub-committee. Due to limited available spaces, some applicants may not get a spot in pennant. In the case of the latter, the club will advise non-successful applicants once selections are finalised.

Applications close on August 20, 2025. Late entries will not be accepted. Note that all players must register individually (but may nominate team mates; however, teams will be finalised at the discretion of the pennant sub-committee).
