Bundaberg Celebrates World Table Tennis Day with 100-Shot Challenge Success

Bundaberg Table Tennis joined clubs and communities around the globe in celebrating World Table Tennis Day, marking the 100-year milestone of table tennis with a special Open Day on Sunday, 19 April. The free community event welcomed players and visitors of all ages and abilities to the Bundaberg Table Tennis Centre for a day of social play, coaching sessions, and one ambitious challenge, achieving 100 continuous Around the World shots as a team.

2025 Bundaberg Closed Wrap-Up (5–7 September)

The 2025 Bundaberg Closed (5–7 Sept) saw 55 players contest 34 events, with thrilling highlights across junior, age, rating and open divisions. Braydon Chapman clinched his first Men’s Open Singles in a 7-game epic, Ha Bui defended the Women’s title, the Fourros dominated doubles, and rising star Janiru Hewamadduma shone with multiple wins.
