Membership Applications

This Waiver and Release of Liability Terms shall be construed broadly to provide a release and waiver to the maximum extent permissible under applicable law.

I HAVE CAREFULLY READ THE AGREEMENT AND FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS CONTENTS. I AM AWARE THAT THIS IS A RELEASE OF LIABILITY TERMS AND A CONTRACT BETWEEN MYSELF AND THE BRISBANE FENCING CLUB AND ITS MEMBERS, AND I HAVE SIGNED IT VOLUNTARILY. If the applicant is under eighteen (18) years of age, the signature of a parent or guardian of the applicant is required.
