School Rowing
Several schools in the Bundaberg Region operate a rowing program and participate in the Head of River Series and other local regattas. While rowing is physically and mentally demanding, it is also rewarding and enjoyable. It is one of the ultimate team sports promoting lifelong friendships and camaraderie, a healthy lifestyle, and the discipline necessary for good study habits. Students and their families are encouraged to join the Bundaberg Rowing Club to access equipment and amenities available at the Bucca Rowing Facility and the Town Shed in Toonburra Street Bundaberg.
