Come Sailing

You can come sailing on the Army Sailing Club yacht Rising Sun. Just imagine, a fun twilight sail after work around the most beautiful harbour in the world. No experience necessary.

Being posted to Sydney represents a unique opportunity to enjoy sailing. Rising Sun is the only yacht owned by the Army and is moored here in Sydney. Open to anyone in Defence, Regular or Reserve. 

Adventure Training.

Rising Sun is also available for unit / branch experiential learning. Sailing as experiential learning is cheap, easy to organise and takes just 1 day for 9 people. We even have a draft instruction for you to fill in the blanks.
