Under 9 - Under 17 athletes who have qualified through the Region Cross Country Championship at Doncaster have automatically been entered into this State compeition. We have 28 Yarra Ranges Athletics entered into this event.

First 3 athletes who cross the finish line recieve medals. Athletes who place 4th to 8th will be presented with ribbons on the podium.

While it is an Individual event, there is a Teams element. The Teams event will be conducted concurrently with the Individual event and is based on the results of the first 3 athletes from each Centre across the line. The first 3 teams will recieve medals on the podium.
