Bookings

The Wynyard Yacht Club has two spaces available for hire when not in use for club activities:

1. Club Room - large ground floor room with kitchen facilities, inbuilt audio visual and air conditioning, capacity for up to 100 people depending on layout
2. Meeting Room - 1st floor meeting room for approx 20-30 people with lift access and inbuilt audio visual and airconditioning

Please put the purpose of the hire and the approximate number of attendees in the notes section when you apply for a booking

Full details of the spaces, fees and charges, and terms of hire are available on Venue Hire page, should the calender show as unavailable and you only want the meeting room contact the secretary to discuss as two groups may be able to use the two separate spaces depending on type of booking
