To join WestSide, please register your Skate Australia Insurance and WestSide membership below. 

By registering, you are agreeing to the following declaration

I commit to abiding by Skate Australia conditions of insurance, WSRD Constitution and Code of Conduct, associated policies, and venue entry conditions. As a member, I endorse the Association's purposes and pledge to comply with its rules. Parents or guardians of members under 18 years old also commit to adhering to WestSide Roller Derby and Skate Australia rules. Additionally, I consent to sharing health information with WSRD for use in emergencies, with confidentiality maintained by the WSRD Committee and disclosed only to authorized personnel in case of injury or illness.

I confirm the accuracy of details in this membership form and agree to promptly inform WSRD of any changes. I understand that WSRD will store and use my personal details for league operations, including communication, attendance tracking, and insurance, using Facebook and email for member communication.

I grant WSRD permission to use or modify any photographic images, audio, or video recordings of me captured during WSRD events or training, for any purpose, including advertising and promotion. I acknowledge that all rights to these images belong to WSRD, releasing them from any claims or liability. WSRD commits to using this media respectfully, and upholding the values of community, inclusion, and development.

Please note:

• If for your own reasons, you wish to not be captured in photographic, audio or video media, you reserve the right to advise the appropriate persons on the day of the event or training where filming/photographing is taking place.
• The information captured in this form is shared with both WSRD and Skate Australia
