Water Polo Tasmania (WPTAS) provides the following local competitions for athletes:
- Flippa Ball- An entry level Water Polo competition for primary school children grades 3 to 6.
Six week rosters are run in Term 1 and 4 of the school year at the Clarence Aquatic Centre on a Sunday nights.
- Senior Summer Competition – 9 week roster from February to April at Doone Kennedy Hobart Aquatic Centre on a Tuesday night.
- School and College Competition – Grade 5/6, 7/8, 9/10 and College - 10 week roster in Term 2 at Doone Kennedy Hobart Aquatic Centre on a Friday night.
- Club Competition – 12 week roster from September to December at Doone Kennedy Hobart Aquatic Centre on a Friday night.
On top of the above competitions we also support a number of state and regional teams which compete at National Competitions each year.
We are always on the look out for new volunteers to help support players!
