Event information
2027 Australian Youth Championships – Expression of Interest
The Australian Youth Water Polo Championships (AYWPC) - Green Division
The Australian Youth Water Polo Championship serves as the premier national club event for young athletes, providing a dynamic platform for competition, participation and development. The Green Division emphasizes participation and inclusivity. Whilst it is a club competition,
WPTAS send a combined Tasmanian team. While we endeavor to support as many of our athletes to participate as possible, selections do occur for teams. While participation remains an important focus, equal game time is not guaranteed, as playing time may vary depending on factors such as athlete performance, effort, tactical requirements, and overall team balance. Coaches will share their approach to playing time before the trip so athletes clearly understand expectations and what to anticipate.
Australian Youth Water Polo Championships (AYWPC) - Gold Division

The Gold Division for Under 16 and 18’s is positioned as a high-tier participation competition, showcasing the best youth talent from across the country.
