Congratulations to Caleb Baldock and Ellie Baldock for taking on the first appointed roles of this type in the WHA.
Caleb is the new WHA Umpire Developer, and Ellie is the new WHA Coach Developer.
Caleb and Ellie will be working with our Hockey Victoria Regional Coach Developer Kate Gifford and Hockey Victoria Regional Umpire Developer Corey Harrison, to bring resources to umpires, coaches and teams to help improve knowledge and skills, and confidence.
These development roles have been a new initiative by Hockey Victoria in the last couple years and the momentum is building with more frequent sessions planned.

A WhatsApp group chat has been created for all WHA coaches.This is where newsletters will be shared, questions can be asked, advice can be sought, etc.
